Pack Your Unwanted Items
Use the box and materials provided to pack your items. Don't worry about broken, tangled or incomplete pieces — we accept them all.
Send Your Items For Free
Drop your parcel at any Post Office using the prepaid label, or book a free home collection. All items are fully insured up to £300 as standard, extendable to £10,000.
We Value Your Items
Our specialist valuers carefully examine every item you've sent using current market rates. You'll receive a valuation call within 7–14 days.
Accept & Get Paid
Happy with our offer? Accept and we'll pay you within 2 working days by bank transfer or cheque. Not happy? We'll return everything free of charge, no questions asked.
